Private sessions are perfect for those who want a tailor made session for themselves or to share with a friend or partner. The sessions are centred around you – your body and your movement goals. My aim is to give you a safe space in which to build techniques and strength with confidence. Progression is usually faster in private sessions than in a class and your technique can be refined with ease.
Private sessions are offered face to face although we can offer zoom sessions for those who prefer to have their session online
Pre- and post-natal sessions are designed to help women cope with the enormous changes their bodies undergo during pregnancy and beyond.
Pre-natal Pilates – Suitable for those who are more than 16 weeks pregnant. You will need permission from your medical practitioner to exercise prior to starting your Pilates sessions
Post-natal Pilates – You can start Pilates sessions 8-12 weeks after giving birth depending upon the type of delivery that you had. You will need permission from your medical practitioner to exercise prior to starting your Pilates sessions
